2 New power ups.

- Added 2 new power ups
- Slow Ball - slows all balls in play
- Fast Bal - speeds up all balls in play
- Changed the default speed of the ball to be a little faster.
- Changed the default speed of the Player to a little bit slower
- Add new animation for the brick being hit
